Maria Elena Bello

 Maria Elena Bello was born on April 18, 1967. She is an American actress and producer. Her film credits include Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (1999), Coyote Ugly (2000), The Cooler (2003), A History of Violence (2005), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2008), Grown Ups (2010), Prisoners (2013), and Lights Out (2016). Bello was a television star as Dr. Anna Del Amico, the medical drama that was aired from 1997 to. She also played the role of Michelle McBride on Goliath's first season in 2016, and also as Special Agent Jacqueline Sloane on NCIS, where she served as the lead agent. Bello was born on April 18, 1967 in Norristown in Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Kathy, a school nurse and teacher, and Joe Bello, a contractor.Her father is Italian American, with roots in Montella, Italy, and her mother is Polish American.She was raised in a middle-class, Catholic family and graduated from Archbishop John Carroll High School in Radnor, Pennsylvania. She studied political science at Villanova University. Bello continued her acting training by participating in numerous New York theatre productions. Bello has one son named Jackson with her former boyfriend Dan McDermott. She published a blog in November of 2013 about her identical-sex relationship with Clare Munn, and how it ended.
